Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Darigold Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2-3 teaspoons chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons boiling water

Instructions

Stir together yogurt and peanut butter. Combine soy sauce, chili oil and sesame oil. Gradually stir into peanut butter mixture. Pour boiling water into measuring cup and gradually add to sauce, stirring until smooth and well blended. Serve as a dip on a vegetable platter, or as a sauce with chicken or meats.

NOTE: This sauce can be made up to 24 hours before serving, but should be refrigerated. Bring back to room temperature before serving. Makes four 1/4-cup servings.
