Ingredients

  • 1 4-oz. package tiny marshmallows
  • 1 cup Darigold Egg Nog
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup Darigold Whipping Cream

Instructions

Melt marshmallows with egg nog in the top of a double boiler. Remove from heat. Add almond extract and nutmeg. Chill mixture in a bowl of ice water until it thickens. Fold in whipped whipping cream.

Pour into a pretty quart-sized mold or into individual cups. Chill in refrigerator 3-4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Top with fresh fruit just before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
