Pumpkin Nog Pie

Cooling: 1 hour

Ingredients

FILLING:

  • 1 18-oz. can (2 cups) prepared pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 cup Darigold Egg Nog
  • 2 eggs
  • Unbaked pastry for a 9-inch pie

Instructions

Prepare pastry. In medium bowl combine all filling ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour filling into pastry-lined pan. Bake at 400° for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Serve with sweetened Darigold Whipping Cream and garnish with nutmeg.
