Prosciutto Parmesan And Pine Nut Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Darigold Butter
  • 1 cup diced prosciutto
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • 1 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 2 French baguettes, cut into 1/2 inch slices

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl, cream the butter. Blend in prosciutto, Parmesan cheese, garlic, basil and pine nuts. Spread baguette slices with the butter mixture. Place baguettes on a medium baking sheet. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes, or until bottom of bread is browned. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving. Arrange on a large serving platter.

Makes 12 servings.
