Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans black beans, drained
  • 1 16 oz. jar salsa
  • 1/2 cup Darigold sour cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a 9X12-inch casserole dish, layer beans first, then chicken, and finally salsa on top. Bake at 350°F for about 40-50 minutes. Serve with sour cream.

Makes 4 servings.
