Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 2/3 cup instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 4 cups Darigold Milk
  • 1 cup Darigold Whipping Cream, whipped

Instructions

Soften ice cream. Into a medium bowl, measure coffee and sugar; stir in cold water until dissolved, then stir in chocolate syrup and milk. In blender or with mixer, combine softened ice cream with coffee mixture until thoroughly mixed.

Makes about 24 cups. Garnish each cup with whipped cream.
