Light Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Darigold Fat Free Half & Half
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Darigold Plain Lowfat Yogurt
  • 4 oz. blue or Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine half & half, mayonnaise, yogurt, cheese, vinegar and black pepper until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.

Note: To use as a dip, reduce half & half to 1/2 cup.
