Mix Darigold Fat Free Half and Half and instant espresso powder together and pour into an ice cube tray. Freeze 4 hours. To remove frozen espresso cubes from the ice cube tray, run hot water over the back of the tray for a few seconds to loosen. Keep frozen espresso cubes in a plastic bag in the freezer.
Moochacino:
Pour Darigold Fat Free Half and Half in a blender. Add cocoa mix and frozen espresso cubes. Whip on high speed until mixture is creamy and smooth. Add sweetener if desired. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Would be great to see the calories per serving. This one looks like I can actually drink it guilt-free.
