Preparation: 10 minutes
Freezing: 2-3 hours
Combine egg nog, whipped whipping cream and almond extract and blend until mixed thoroughly. Pour into 6 individual soufflé dishes or custard cups. Sprinkle crumbs of cookies on top of mixture. Place in freezer for 2-3 hours. Serve with maraschino cherry halves on top.
