Creamy Ranch Tortellini

Ingredients

• 1 3/4-oz. package Creamy Ranch Dressing Mix
• 1 cup Darigold Milk
• 1 cup Darigold Sour Cream
• 16 ounces multi-colored tortellini, prepared according to package instructions
• Parmesan or Romano cheese (optional)

Instructions

Mix contents of Uncle Dan's mix package with milk and sour cream (do not use blender). For best results, prepare mix several hours before serving, or even the night before. Makes 2 cups.

In a large saucepan cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain. Return pasta to hot saucepan. Stir in 1 cup Creamy Ranch Dressing. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.

Makes 4 servings.
