Cranberry Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Darigold Butter, softened
  • 1/2 pound cranberries, grated or chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Darigold Buttermilk
  • to taste grated rind of 1 orange
  • to taste grated rind of 1 lemon

Instructions

Combine all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes about 6 cups.
