Cottage Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage or 1 package (16 oz.) chopped cabbage for cole slaw
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1 cup Darigold small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients; allow to chill 2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
