Cut cheese into one-inch chunks. Arrange in a large ovenproof serving dish or 2 medium ovenproof dishes. Bake at 350° approximately 5 minutes to soften cheese slightly (DO NOT MELT CHEESE). Combine brown sugar, coconut, nuts, butter and milk or cream and mix well. Spread over cheese. Broil approximately 3 minutes or until topping is bubbly and slightly browned. Serve with assorted fruits (apples, pears, etc.) or whole grain crackers.
