• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon cherry-flavored liqueur

Sauce

• 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
• 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon cherry-flavored liqueur
• Fresh strawberries, sliced
• White Chocolate Piping
