Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt to cream mixture. Fold frozen berries into mixture. Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish and bake at 350° for one hour to 1 3/4 hours. Cool before icing.** Serves 8.
**Icing
Melt butter in microwave or saucepan. Blend powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla into the melted butter.
